What is Majority Fitness?
Majority Fitness LLC is a long term weight management company that offers fitness, nutrition and preventative services and consultations to assist clients in long-term weight management.
What makes Majority Fitness different from other Fitness companies?
We offer Fitness programs, nutrition programs, and coaching programs to assist in your weight management and overall health. Majority Fitness mission is to assist in changing America's health trends. We value each and every client. Our hope is to give our clients the support and compassion they need so that they can incorporate healthy lifestyle habits for the rest of their lives. We believe health is not a quick fix or a boot camp. We allow our clients to be their own advocate while we educate, encourage and build relationships with them. This allows the client to reach within themselves and discover and take control of their health so they can live a life a wellness.
What is the difference between health coach and a personal trainer?
Traditional personal training takes a client through their workout for so many sessions and when your sessions are completed then you are on your own. A health coach sees a person as creative and resourceful. You the client have the answers the coach collaborates with the client to find those answers. A health coach also looks at all aspects of wellness in an individuals life to better serve the client. This is done through fitness training, educating clients on the importance of nutrition along with stress reduction techniques and basically teaches about the importance of life balance in order to obtain optimal health. We teach you through many different education tools whether it be one on one or in a group workshop.
What is Group Training?
Instruction from a personal trainer in a group setting. Encouraging not intimidating. Go at your own pace! Weekly waist and hip measurements, weigh-in and nutrition coaching included.
*Sign up for as little as 8 group training sessions a month (for 3 consecutive months) and receive Loyalty pricing. (Loyalty pricing as low as $4.5/session for group training) We offer packages as low as $84/month and as stated above we drop the price after 3 months! Why is the fee so low? We reward you for your loyalty to us! *Sign up for 3 months up front and receive 10% off your package and plus you will begin receiving loyalty pricing after that! Corporations receive loyalty pricing up front.
“Group Training “Power” Strength and “Power” Core Cardio is what we are known for. Formerly our Signature Program called “Power” classes . Group Training is offered in 3 levels. Group Training is priced by the hour except for Level 3 Group Training is 90 minutes. ● Level 1 Lower Intensity or Beginner (60 minutes) ● Level 2 Moderate Intensity (60 minutes) ● Level 3 High Intensity (90 minutes)
