nutritional content of foods eaten during 3 day period with follow up recommendation $95 or $255 which
includes 4 months of whole food supplementation through Juice Plus+ to jump start your health.
Nutrition Coaching-Includes one on one phone coaching identify obstacles, barriers, and current habits
contributing to poor nutrition. Nutrition coaching can be used for any clients with poor impulse control, bad
eating habits, not regularly eating or over eating. Fee starting at $125 includes consultation and one
follow up. 3 month packages available.
