PLEASE READ POLICIES BEFORE BEGINNING ANY CLASSES WITH MAJORITY FITNESS LLC


Periodically classes or programs may be cancelled due to holidays or low attendance.

PAYMENT POLICIES
  • PARTICIPANTS MUST PAY PRIOR TO CLASS ALL CLASS SIGN UPS

  • FORM OF PAYMENTS ARE CASH, PERSONAL CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER.

  • PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE RETURNED CHECKS WILL BE NOTIFIED OF FEE AND NEED TO
    RESUBMIT A NEW CHECK OR FORM OF PAYMENT IN ADDITION TO FEE CHARGED BY BANK FOR
    BOUNCED CHECK.

LATE POLICY
  • PARTICIPANTS THAT ENTER CLASS LATE WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR FULL CLASS.  

  • PARTICIPANTS AGREE TO WARM UP PRIOR TO ENTERING CLASS IF ENTERING LATE.  IT
    CAN BE DANGEROUS TO EXERCISE COLD MUSCLES.  IF ENTERING LATE PLEASE STAND
    TO THE SIDE AND WARM UP BY MARCHING A FEW MINUTES AND DO SOME BASIC
    STRETCHES TO PREPARE YOUR BODY.  IF YOU FORGET TO WARM UP YOU ARE ENTERING
    AT YOUR OWN RISK.

  • PLEASE ENTER CLASS QUIETLY AND RESPECTFULLY.
  • PLEASE TURN CELL PHONES ON VIBRATE AND IF YOU NEED TO ANSWER YOUR PHONE PLEASE
    STEP OUT OF ROOM TO AVOID DISRUPTING STUDENTS.

REFUND POLICY
  • NO REFUNDS OR MAKEUP CLASSES FOR MISSED CLASSES OR TRAINING SESSIONS.  YOU
    MAY USE YOUR PASS AT ANY OTHER CLASS LOCATION WE OFFERED OR DURING OTHER
    CLASS OR  TRAINING SESSIONS OFFERED.

  • NO DATE EXTENSIONS ON PASSES UNLESS AGREED UPON.  

  • SESSION HOURS NOT TAKEN OR COMPLETED DO NOT ROLL OVER TO A NEW SESSION.

  • CLASSES NOT COMPLETED BY EXPIRATION DATE ON CARD ARE  NOT VALID AFTER
    EXPIRATION.

  • NO REFUNDS AFTER PASSES ARE PURCHASED UNLESS CONTACTED WITH IN 24 HOURS OF
    SIGNING UP.  

CIRCUMSTANCE POLICY
  • PURCHASE HOW MANY HOURS YOU THINK YOU CAN PARTICIPATE IN DURING THE
    SESSIONS.  THIS WILL ALLOW YOU TO NOT MISS CLASSES DUE TO LIFE
    CIRCUMSTANCES.  BE REALISTIC OF WHAT YOU CAN COMMIT TO.  CLASSES ARE OFFERED
    IN HOURS TO PROVIDE FLEXIBILITY FOR YOU AND YOUR LIFE.

HEALTH AND MEDICAL POLICY
  • BEFORE BEGINNING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM YOU SHOULD CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR IF
    YOU HAVE A MEDICAL CONDITIONS RANGING FROM ARTHRITIS, DIABETES, HIGH BLOOD
    PRESSURE OR ANY DISEASE THAT LIMITS YOUR DAILY LIFE.

  • MAJORITY FITNESS IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, OR CONDITIONS RESULTING FROM
    EXERCISES DONE IN CLASS.  IT IS THE PARTICIPANTS RESPONSIBILITY TO GET APPROVAL
    FROM  YOUR MEDICAL DOCTOR IF YOU HAVE ANY OF CONDITIONS THAT LIMIT YOUR DAILY
    ACTIVITY.

  • ALTHOUGH EXERCISE HAS MANY POSITIVE BENEFITS IF NOT DONE PROPERLY OR IF DONE WITH
    A PREEXISTING CONDITION OR INJURY  CAN BE DANGEROUS.  IT IS ADVISED TO GET MEDICAL
    PERMISSION PRIOR TO ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM.
