LEVEL 3 90-MINUTE WORKOUT FOR ADVANCED OR HIGH INTENSITY

Let’s face it, losing weight and getting into shape can be difficult. Whether
you are looking to lose 10, 20, or more pounds or simply interested in toning
and sculpting your body, we can provide you with an effective workout
program in a very comfortable, private setting.  

Our sessions provide small group training with a lot of personal attention.
Because sometimes working out alone may be intimidating, we understand.

As your Personal Trainer you will receive the needed push and motivation
that causes most of us to quit before we ever really start.

You Can Expect the Following Once Your Program Begins:

Each session is approximately 60 minutes with the exception of level 3 which
is 90-minutes, so it will not take much time from your busy schedule.

This Interval fitness program is designed by using dumbells, stretchbands
and weighted dynaballs.  The workout program is specifically to help you
reach your goals and has been found to be the most effective in forms of
training when aiming for weight loss and toning your body.

Weekly weigh-ins available and waist and hip measurements as well to track
progress and help give you that extra little push.

Teaching you proper use and technique free weights to prevent injury and
receive maximum results.

A different workout each session so you’ll never get bored with the same
routine but consistently exercise every muscle every workout.  

Never pushed beyond your limit.  Safety is number on and listening to our
clients to help guide them so they can meet their goals.
