cannot believe is how much of a workout I get - I am sweating
within 5 minutes, which doesn't even happen when I am doing
aerobics or using machines.  And just with low weights and reps.
 You are doing an awesome job teaching the proper posture and
breathing.  I think that is what makes the workout so effective.  
And you really explain the mechanics well.  I also like that you
tell us what muscle is being worked.  I never knew you could
work abs sitting or standing.  Keep reminding and fixing us on
